Return/Refund Policy
Vanilla Trees guarantees the quality of our products.

To return an item:

- Please include the packaging slip that you received with your parcel and indicate the reason for the return.
- Send the returned item(s) to the address which appears on the top of the packaging slip. Goods must be returned within 3 weeks of order date - in the original packaging and in saleable condition, unworn and unwashed.
- However if goods are faulty and have been worn or used please launder before returning.
- Please advise if you would like to change the product for another colour, size or style. We will credit your original method of payment, excluding delivery (unless goods are faulty or not as ordered), or we can hold a credit for future purchases if chosen.
