What is our pricing policy?
All prices on this website include 12.5% GST. We try to keep our prices consistent throughout our catalogue and online store. Occasionally, our pricing may be slightly different due to special promotions or mark downs. Special product mark downs or promotions that appear within our online store are only available when ordering online unless otherwise stated.

I have never purchased online before - is it safe?
The Vanilla Trees Online Store supplies you with a secure session within our shopping checkout. All information entered in the session is secure. Shopping Online is just as secure (if not more secure) than at any other time you may use your credit card.

How safe are my Credit Card details?
When you click the 'buy now' button, we send the transaction directly to the bank. We do not share those details with any third parties. Unlike giving credit card details over the phone, our online system automatically encrypts all your details with industry standard 128 bit data encryption with an SSL Certificate.

How do I add to my Shopping List?
To place an order online you need to have browsed our product departments and added items to your shopping list. You do this within a product page, by selecting a size & colour from the drop down box, and entering a quantity. Then add the item to your list by clicking 'buy now' button. This will take you to the shopping list page and you can see everything you have ordered. You can continue to add things to your list by clicking the 'continue shopping' button. Once you have everything you want, click the 'check out' button.


Member Sign In.
If you are a registered member of Vanilla Trees, enter your password and username (email address) to begin the checkout process using your account. This is the best & easiest way to shop with us.

If you don't know your password.
If you don't know your password, you can have it reset it here. You will need to remember your 'user name' (which is also your e-mail address) which was used when you created your account. A new password will be sent to your e-mail address. Hint: It is best to the change the password to something easier afterwards.

Can I order from this site if I live outside New Zealand?
Overseas deliveries can be organised but you must phone us here on +64 9 415 8432. Delivery costs will change from those advertised.
