Delivery Details

Standard Delivery - Delivery within 5 working days from receipt of payment.

Priority Delivery - Next day delivery to most New Zealand destinations for orders received before 12.00 noon weekdays.

We deliver by courier and your signature is required on delivery, therefore, we recommend a work address if more convenient. If a person is unable to sign for the goods then the courier will leave a "card to call" note and the goods will be re-directed to the nearest depot and held for 1 week. Please call the courier to arrange for a time to suit for re-delivery.

• Delivery charges cover packaging, delivery and insurance.
• Please note, delivery times are approximate.

Important information
We cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances (eg: Strikes, floods etc.). All colours of garments are reproduced as accurately as possible, however a slight variation may occur in colour and size specifications. Colours may appear slightly different via this web site due to computer picture resolution and individual monitor settings. Offers available until stocks sell out. When ordering by mail/fax, if all items requested have sold out you will be notified by mail.

We reserve the right:
- To cancel any order, at which time, we will immediately notify this action by e-mail or phone, using the e-mail address or number/s provided. We will refund the monies paid using the original method received.
- That all orders are subject to availability of stock.
- To take reasonable steps to verify that the order and credit card details are bona fide.
